In El Paso, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across Texas, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. In my personal experience, the baristas have been kind so far. The service good, they were pretty quick with making my drink. I enjoyed what they made for me. :> Overall, I recommend it! Stop by! :D

Great coffee, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a coffee and relax!

Every time I come it is a bad experience. There's one specific girl who makes my drink and never gets it right. She's always on the phone complaining. She makes my drink taste bad just cause of her energy. I am a reviewer who goes around to different spots and I always sit and see how people work. I see her walking away from the box. I have sent customers to the Coffee Spot and they have complained that it was closed for a while and they were waiting or it was closed for the night and it wasnt closing time yet! I feel rushed when I am there and theres not even a line. Im tired of people not wanting to work! I ask questions and they dont really help. I work in customer service and its so sad to see the type of people that leave sour impressions. I stopped coming to here it sucks that its the only spot in the mall. Super expensive and you're rude? Damn. People just need better employees already. DO BETTER!!!!

The coffee was good, however the bartista made the experience and drink bitter by her attitude. I’m not much of a coffee drinker but I wanted to try out this spot. I asked about some drinks but I kept getting β€œwell depends what you wan” and if I asked for prices β€œwell depends what you want”. She didn’t seem to want to explain the drinks, prices, or be informational. Nor try to ask what I like to best fit me. So I bit the bullet and just picked something that sounded what I would like based off ingredients. My drink came with a marshmallow, but she over poured the drink she said and the marshmallow didn’t fit. I bit into the marshmallow and well it was not soft, I think it was really meant to go in the drink to melt or soften, not as a side snack. Had to chug and then make room for the marshmallow. TO TOP IT OFF, while waiting for my drinks some lady came in looking lost, and kindly asked the lady where the main office is, she gave her the direction. Then when the lady left, she started cussing and asking why people go up to her if she works for a coffee place not the mall. Calling her ugly names, and saying ugly things because the lady had an accent. Come to find out she was on
